Pelvic Coherence Session with Stacey

Service Description

Awareness, movement and mindfulness for anyone who wants to foster a safe and functional relationship with their pelvic diaphragm. We can address how pre/peri-natal trauma, medical and non-consensual gynaecological experiences, sexual abuse/assault, and negative social conditioning affects our felt sense of safety and connection. Sessions include a workbook and practices.
