Service Description

This is foundational training for caring professionals who want trauma-informed skills that actually work in real life—not just theory. You’ll learn how to track nervous system states through the body and respond with practical, embodied support that is clear, ethical, and within scope. We connect the dots between nervous system activation/shutdown, trauma physiology (breath, tone, orienting, attention, digestion, sleep), and emotional material as it shows up in sensation, impulse, posture, voice, and movement. What makes this training different: we don’t teach you to “fix” people. We train you to build safety through pacing, consent, and embodiment—so your support lands, and your own system stays steadier while you work. Who it’s for: counsellors, therapists, coaches, healthcare providers, educators, yoga/movement teachers, bodyworkers, and anyone supporting humans through stress, overwhelm, trauma responses, or burnout. What you get: • Nervous system mapping you can use immediately (ANS/Polyvagal-informed, in plain language) • Somatic literacy: tracking sensation, breath, impulse, posture, and protective patterns • Movement + embodiment tools for grounding, orienting, resourcing, boundaries, and regulation • Trauma-informed cueing and facilitation language (choice, titration, timing) • A clear framework for co-regulation without overreaching • Recorded teaching + guided practices for integration between weekends Hours (84 total): • In-person training: 51 hours • At-home practice + reflection: 21 hours • Online recorded material: 12 hours Dates (2026): Mar 13–16 • Apr 17–19 • May 1–3 Fri 6–9pm | Sat 10–6 | Sun 12–6 (Weekend 1 includes an extra integration day) Pricing (CAD): Early Bird (by Feb 1, 2026): $1,295 + GST Full Tuition: $1,495 + GST Deposit to hold your seat: $400 + GST = $420 (applied to tuition) Access Seats: limited reduced tuition for those who are self-employed, in training, caregivers, or needing assistance—reach out.
