🌿 Mindful Somatic Meditation™ Series: Full 4-Part Workshop Bundle Sundays: Sept 28, Oct 19, Nov 30, Dec 28, 2025 Time: 1:00 – 4:00 PM MT Attend online (Zoom) or in person at the studio Join us for the full four-part series and immerse yourself in the therapeutic, somatic foundations of meditation and mindfulness. This offering introduces Therapeutic Contemplation—a gentle, trauma-informed approach to inner presence. We’ll build slowly, one kind sit at a time, with practices that center body awareness, nervous system care, and culturally sensitive guidance. Each session can be attended individually, but booking the full series allows you to experience the cumulative rhythm, ritual, and integration of the method. 🌿 What’s Included: #1: The Kind Sit – How to Set Up for Meditation Sunday, September 28 Learn how to prepare your body and nervous system for stillness through posture options, orienting, and somatic settling. A gentle entry into therapeutic contemplation. #2: Breath, Body & Boundaries Sunday, October 19 Explore breath as an anchor—not a demand. This class introduces body-based containment tools and internal boundary awareness to support nervous system regulation in practice. #3: Sitting with Feeling Sunday, November 30 Discover how to stay present with emotion without being overwhelmed. We’ll use gesture, sound, and movement to build tolerance, safety, and resilience. #4: Ritual, Rhythm & Rest Sunday, December 28 Close the year with integration.
