Service Description

Somatic Integration for Partners and Couples offer a unique opportunity for collective healing and growth. Through this specialized somatic approach, participants can explore and integrate their individual and shared experiences within the supportive framework of their relationships. By engaging in somatic practices together, such as breathwork, movement, and mindful awareness, the appointments foster deeper connections, improved communication, and a greater understanding of each other. Fee starts with 2 people, increased rates for additional participants. $225.00 + $11.25 (5% gst) = $236.25

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your Mindful Somatic Wellness session. To ensure the efficient use of our time and resources, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 403-889-1313 or info@mindfulsomaticwellness.com, at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients in need of our services. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee a portion of or equivalent to a full session charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and effective scheduling process.
