Somatic Touch moves beyond the cognitive, busy mind and allows for a depth of exploration without the need to overthink or over-do. An effective method of nervous system support for early developmental trauma and preverbal experiences. Deeply helpful for PTSD and CPTSD physiology. This unique fusion creates a nurturing space for profound healing, personal growth, and a deep connection with oneself. Join me as we delve into the extraordinary power of supportive touch, unlocking your body's innate wisdom and fostering overall embodied well-being. Together, let's explore the path to a more connected and balanced you. Somatic Touch Support Sessions are developed for clients who have already experienced the first 3 steps. These are advanced sessions for those who have developed some Somatic Literacy and are ready to receive support on a deeper level. $160 +gst per session OR $450 +gst in 3 session package $175.00 + $8.75 (GST) Total = $183.75

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your Mindful Somatic Wellness session. To ensure the efficient use of our time and resources, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 403-889-1313 or info@mindfulsomaticwellness.com, at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients in need of our services. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee a portion of or equivalent to a full session charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and effective scheduling process.
