Service Description

I am currently unavailable to take on new clients. If you wish to join the waitlist and receive notification once spots become available, please send an email to Stacey@mindfulsomaticwellness.com with the subject line: Consultation Waitlist. You'll be notified promptly when openings arise. The first step of your somatics journey begins with a 30-minute Consultation Session. This allows your nervous system an opportunity to orient to the location, the space and the guiding expertise of Stacey herself. This appointment allows you share your challenges and concerns, providing valuable insight into your unique needs. Delve into the Mindful Somatic Wellness process, exploring how a customized approach tailored to your nervous system might meet your needs for emotional regulation, self-insight or trauma resolution. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable fee of $20 is required for this session. This fee seamlessly transitions towards intake sessions if we decide to move forward, ensuring a smooth and personalized continuation of your somatic exploration.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your Mindful Somatic Wellness session. To ensure the efficient use of our time and resources, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 403-889-1313 or info@mindfulsomaticwellness.com, at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients in need of our services. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee a portion of or equivalent to a full session charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and effective scheduling process.
