Service Description

I am currently unavailable to take on new clients. You'll be notified promptly when openings arise. Somatic Integration Intake Session—an in-depth, 90-minute exploration into the nuances of your nervous system's flight, fight, and freeze patterns. Together, we'll unravel the conscious and unconscious impacts of these patterns, capturing a detailed snapshot of your nervous system dynamics. With this insight, we collaboratively design a personalized Somatic Integration Plan, finely tuned to meet your individual needs. This session marks a foundational stride towards enriching your embodied well-being through a deep exploration of somatic experiences. As a bonus, depart with initial tools to propel you forward, and $20 consultation fee is deducted from the overall session price of $150.00 +gst $135 + gst for total cost $7.50 = $142.50

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your Mindful Somatic Wellness session. To ensure the efficient use of our time and resources, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 403-889-1313 or info@mindfulsomaticwellness.com, at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients in need of our services. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee a portion of or equivalent to a full session charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and effective scheduling process.
